On behalf of Sea Trail Corporation, we are pleased to submit for your
review and approval three (3) copies of stormwater plans that have been
revised for the subject project. Also enclosed, are three (3) originals of the
following documents that have been revised and executed by the Owner:
1) DEM Stormwater Forms,
2) Compliance with Stormwater Regulations, and,
3) Statement Concerning Areas Reserved by Sea Trail.
This project was originally submitted as Oyster Bay Phase 4 - Sea Trail
Plantation on May 30, 1991. The final name of this project is Oyster Point II
- Sea Trail Plantation as recorded in Map Cabinet W, Page 81 of the
Brunswick County Register of Deeds' Office. We received approval from your
department on July 5, 1991 (DEM project number 910603). The approved
stormwater plans were based on a total project area of 28.4 acres with a total
built -upon area of 7.10 acres (25.0% built -upon area). The enclosed plans
are based on a revised project area of 50.62 acres with the total built -upon
area of 12.39 acres (24.48% built -upon area) .
Since the existing drainage features have not changed from that which
was originally approved by your department, the original hydrologic and
hydraulic design calculations still apply.
We trust that you will find our submittal package to be in order and that
this project, as revised, warrants approval from your department.

STATEMENT CONCERNING AREAS RESERVED BY SEA TRAIL
Sea Trail Corporation hereby agrees that no construction of any structure(s)
and/or paved surfaces including walkways or patios of brick, stone or similar
materials will neither by initiated nor allowed by Sea 'frail Corporation
within any area designated "Reserved by Sea Trail" unless such structure(s)
and/or paved surfaces are are as shown on design plans titled "Revised
Stormwater Plan - Oyster Pointe H - Sea Trail Plantation" prepared by
Houston and Associates, P.A., dated January 9, 1995 or unless Sea Trail
Corporation, prior to any construction of such structure(s) and/or paved
surfaces, submits revised plans with the required supporting documentation
and calculations and has obtained the required approval from the North
Carolina Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources -
Division of Environmental Management.

COMPLIANCE WITH STORMWATER REGULATIONS
In accordance with Title 15 NCAC 2H.1003(a)(2), the following DEED
RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS shall be recorded in the
Brunswick County Registry prior to the further conveyance of lots. Said
Deed Restrictions and Protective Covenants shall apply to the Oyster Pointe
II Subdivision project in Sunset Beach, North Carolina as shown on design
plans titled "Revised Stormwater Plan - Oyster Point II - Sea Trail
Plantation" prepared by Houston and Associates, P.A. dated January 9, 1995
and as also shown on a ' subdivision plat prepared by Allen Surveying titled
"Map of Oyster Pointe II at Sea Trail Plantation", said map signed by Patrick
A. Allen, R.L.S. on November 13, 1991 and recorded in Map Cabinet W,
Page 81 of the Brunswick County Register of Deeds' Office.
(This represents a revision to previous design plans titled "Erosion
Control/Stormwater Plan - Oyster Bay Phase 4 - Sea Trail Plantation"
prepared by Houston and Associates, P.A., dated May 21, 1991.)
'No more than the following listed square feet of any lot, inclusive of
the roadway right-of-way, shall be covered by structures and/or paved
surfaces, including walkways or patios of brick, stone, slate, or similar
materials.
