SEC. 23-248(f). • Our office received Revision #5 plans, but did not receive a response from PE when letter for additional information was sent by our office. We are still waiting for response from PE. Aside from this request, there are additional items in the field that are not shown on these plans. • PE should submit additional revised plans showing swale, drop inlet, and SD pipe rear of lots 6-9. Also show outlet box and any change in the SD pipe leaving basin #3. In the field, the outlet box sits at the NW corner of this basin. ® Stabilize exposed slopes, G.S.113A-57(2), NHC ORD.SEC. 23-237(2). • Stabilize slopes of Basin #3, rear of lots 71 & 72. This area has had continued problems with erosion. The slopes were seeded/ matted at some point, but sufficient growth did not establish and has resulted in rills and washouts on the basin slope. Contact this office with any questions and/or comments about this report and/or project. SEDIMENTATION INSPECTION REPORT Part2: Please take corrective action for the following items prior to next periodic inspection for site - - e to be in compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance: Install adequate ground cover, G.S. 113-A-57(3),15A N.C.A.C. 46.0107(b) or 15A N.C.A.C. 4B.0124(e), NHC ORD. SEC. 23- 237(4) and 23-238(5). • Continue stabilization efforts adjacent to lot 9 and in added swale rear of lots 6-9. ® Other (Describe): All temporary erosion control measures should be removed upon site stabilization. The check dams in existing ditches/ drainage easement should now be removed, unless additional work and/or disturbance will occur.to complete the sidewalk connection at this location. The silt fence along the site perimeter can be removed where lots are complete and stable. i—_._. —__._ . - .._:. _ _ Part 3: Additional Comments: It appears lot construction is complete on this site. One noted area where additional work may take place is at the existing ditch/ drainage easement, near lots 111 and 112. A section of sidewalk is missing at this location and it appears the rip rap over top of pipes may interfere with this location. When additional work is done here to complete the sidewalk, please ensure slopes are not disturbed. If slopes must be disturbed to complete this work, ensure the check dam remains in place and slopes are immediately re -stabilized upon completion.
