State reasons why this plan for the proposed activity cannot be practically accomplished, reduced or reconfigured to better minimize or eliminate disturbance to the riparian buffers: The house is built based on the covenants and required setbacks of the neighborhood and as such leaves little space between the end of house the start of the buffer. The only way to add th nature vegetation was removed years prior as it was previously farm land. 3. (2) How these difficulties or hardships result from conditions that are unique to the property involved. __ The hardship is due to the physical nature of the property such as its size and shape is different from that of neigbboring propegy It is longer and narrower and is on curve of the road so it required a farther setback of the house to meet neighborhood covenants. (3) If economic hardship is the major consideration, then include a specific explanation of the economic hardships and the proportion of the hardship to the entire value of the project.
