We are in receipt of the above -mentioned violation and respond as follows.
The Queens Harbor late DMR submittal for the month of April was an oversight. We sincerely apologize
for this late submittal and have taken necessary steps to prevent a future occurrence. A checklist will be
utilized going forward each month to insure all DMR's are submitted by the due dates.
