Dear Mr. Johnson:
We are in receipt of your letter dated October 10, 2011 concerning the Wyatt Fadow Lake. We agree that
the origin of the silt in Mr. Farlow's Lake has not been determined.
Your Erosion Control Plans were reviewed by NCDOT and designed using methods described in the
Erosion and Sedimentation Control Scope of Work and NCDOT standard practices. Following approval,
the Design -Build Team is responsible for efforts to contain sediment onsite.
If you have any questions concerning this matter or if this office can be of further assistance please
advise.
