I received a phone call from Wyatt Farlow last Thursday. He stated that some of the silt that was lost on the project has
accumulated at a culvert he has on his property upstream on the pond. He wanted me to come take a look at it. I would
like to request that one you contact Mr. Farlow and take a look at this area and see if the concern is legitimate and if so
have the contractor remove the material. Please take pictures and let Mr. Farlow know that I contacted you on this
matter. I feel that is better for DOT to handle this rather than having to get DWQ involved. Please keep me informed
on what you find and if I can be of any assistance please do not hesitate to give me a call.
