Attached are pictures of the sediment that was loss on the project at Site 24.
Recommended Actions to take:
• Remove Silt from stream by hand to the location that we have before Observe and remove if needed further down
stream deposits
• Remove Silt from Pipe lines and drainage structures.
• Ensure that proper Type A inlet protection are installed.
• Add Rock Check with 57stone in rock lined ditch.
Any additional recommendations or comments are welcomed. We will do all that we can to work together and clean up
this mess.
