There were no blow -outs or anything, just a place or two where silt fence was undermined along rock -lined ditch. I took 3 pictures of the stream and have them attached. There was minimal off -site, several deposits less than 3 inches deep. I would say 5 -10 5gal buckets,. I told them to go ahead and remove sediment deposits from stream, If you need additional info., just give me a call. He notified me that there was a loss associated with this weekend's rain. I told him to take some pictures, send me a copy of the last 3 NPDES inspections, and clean up per your discretion. I didn't think it warranted a site visit. Could you send me an email letting me know what you see? Johnathan said all of the erosion control devices were functioning properly, Mason, FYI: We have had 3 losses to date in this particular stream, all associated with very heavy rains. EC measures are designed for 25yr storm events (its Design Stds in Sensitive Watersheds). You are welcome to go check things out, but I won't be able to get out there. I am comfortable with Barry's direction for the clean -up.
