Two unnamed tributaries of Horse Pen Creek appear to be located on- site. The limits and buffers associated with those features are not clearly depicted in the plans provided for the site (see page 22, Riparian Buffer Authorization package). Additional field information is needed before a final jurisdictional determination can be made for the site. Page 3, 1A- Neuse River is checked. Page 3, 1B- New Garden Road listed as Stream Name. Page 4, Section C.1B. Discuss the Zone 1 Buffer Impacts which increased by +4,000sq ft. from the original application. An updated site plan should also be provided with the comments listed above.
