SUBJECT: CAMA/Dredge &Fill Application Review—modification request
Applicant: N.C. Department of Transportation Division One
Project Location: TIP No. B-4484, Replacement of Bridges 138 and 139, Craven County, CAMA
Major Permit 45-20.
Proposed Project: Update the design of the temporary construction access at the eastern side of
Bridge 138 to include replacing part of the previously permitted temporary
work platform in the floodplain of the Neuse River with a temporary fill
causeway.
