I missed this project when it came in but all I have are the attachments. Is this a buffer determination or an appeal of a
buffer/stream call already made?
We need:
• Maps/Location
• Original buffer call that is being appealed
• Any determinations from DWR or Local Government.
• Have any local or state permits been issued based on a determination, if one was done
• Owner information, deed numbers, etc.
• Agent Authorization form from the owner to the consultant.
