I realize I was not precise in my paperwork for the inspection, Irr-2, equipment calibration and soil test report. I apologize for my mistake and have since corrected these issues. After the inspection I met with Becky Spearman and had my equipment calibrations done. Then, I gathered my soil samples and turned them in at my local ag office where they were sent to the lab for testing. I have recently completed the Irr2 forms for my pumping records. A copy of these items are included. I am not making any excuses for the absence of these items at the time of inspection, I take full responsibility. I am, however, asking for the State's understanding that I am the only employee on my farms. I cannot afford to hire any help. I really could use the help, but it is not financially possible. I am not one of the farmers who does this for a tax write off. This is my sole source of income and I want to do it right. I am open to any helpful advice you may have. I am a hard worker and try to balance farming and being an involved parent and I forget things, for that I am truly sorry.
