I've reviewed your application requesting a Corps NW 3 permit and CAMA Major Permit for the replacement of Bridge #
126 over Jordan Creek on SR 1725 (Pamlico Beach Rd) in Beaufort County (DWQ project # 13- 0581). Water Quality
Certification # 3883 is issued for this project. Written approval is not required for use of this Certification provided all
the conditions of the Certification can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be
required. WRC has requested an in -water work moratorium from February 15 — September 30 and is enforced by
Condition 6 of WQC 3883. WQC 3883 can be found at the following link:

Please print out a copy of this certification to keep on site and with your files.
Also, the project area is surrounded by coastal marsh and there are no buffer impacts therefore a Buffer Authorization is
