Note that there already has been coordination with Kevin Mitchell on this project including two site visits(January 13, 2021 and March 15(?),2021) as well as follow-up email coordination regarding impacts, permitting and likely mitigation. However, I wanted to submit this just in case it was also needed for the PCN submittal I need to get in soon.
