Relative to Message the size, our full size version is printed double size to produce a full size plan set, so the pdf Text: attached is what we use to produce full size drawings. The print settings would give you whatever size you want. Our policy is to have the engineer sign /stamp the final version after regulatory review and before we produce copies for the contractor. If DWQ will not review the plans without a stamped set let me know and I will submit a set, but that is not what the engineer would prefer to do.
