nutrient offset and buffer mitigation banks. Therefore, I am requesting all credit ledgers along with all
corresponding approval /verification letters from the local governments for the following mitigation bank:
Flat Swamp - from December 10, 201 2 to June 14, 2013
Please mail all hard copies or a CD containing all of the information requested above to my attention at
the following address.
