The USACE issued this one under a GP 31 and NW 57 (for utilities). We realize the utility impacts did not trigger the need for an individual WQC from your office but just wanted to make sure the NW 57 didn’t need to be mentioned in your approval. We plan to include the general conditions for WQC 4275 in our contracts as we would still be responsible for adhering to those. Please let us know what you think.
