The Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form is used in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5) all certification requests shall include documentation that a pre -filing meeting request was submitted to the certifying authority at least 30 days prior to submitting the certification request. Wall will have integrated geogrid textile for stability, RipRap for drainage and be built of native boulders. Wall will be approx 4-5' tall and run 201f either side of gangway location. Wall To have integrated steps to lake. Eroded bank will require removal of some trees within the vicinity to build the wall All work will be performed from lakeside via barges as required. 2. Install natural winding walkway from existing pathway down to proposed dock location, approx 501f. Walkway will have steps as required and be built with native stone steppers approx 7-9" high, stacked as required, voids within area to be filled with mulch.
