Hey Andrea,
I have finalized my review of the Moccasin Creek As -Built Report received by DWR on June 17, 2021.
Please address the following items:
1. References to Rule .0240 should be corrected in your future templates to be Rule .0703.
2. Report says only 15.28 acres are secured in the Conservation Easement, but the Easement
Plat included in the report shows 4 easement areas that equate to 16.27 acres. Explain
3. Section 5.0 does not include "Heights" as part of the monitoring data expectations. This is still
a requirement as provided in the approved BPDP.
4. Project Credit Table — See the attached Table included with the as -built report and address
comments accordingly. Submit a revised Project Credit Table via email when completed.
5. A bond will be need to be provided prior to the issuance of the Task 3 credit release. Once
Wildlands has submitted a satisfactory response to comments above, DWR will provide
written documentation of the approval of this As -Built Report, which should be all Wildland's
needs to then request the bond.
