I already submitted the application for SR 1518 Daw's Creek Rd. which I would like to retract so we are not charged for the permit. Sean, The Corps has reviewed the Department's request for a burial waiver regarding the installation of a 54" x 54' CAP with headwall in the same location along SR 1518 (Daw's Creek Road) where it crosses a Mill Creek. Based on the information provided the waiver seems reasonable and the best solution for such a steep geomorphic fall. Please be reminded you are operating under nationwide 3 and you still need to abide by all other standard and regional conditions.This action has been assigned action ID#SAW-2021-01771.
