F2 is the downward force of wet well base, walls and top slab after backfill and compaction. F3 is the downward force when the wet well is complete and operating. CONCLUSION; Since the weight of the structure and the base slab (F2) is greater than or equal to the buoyancy force for the wetwell, the resistance to buoyant force is provided.
