PNG - Goldsboro 5b Inner Loop Project
I wanted to let you know that I worked with Piedmont on the design and construction layout of the proposed route to
stay below a PCN requirement ( less than 0.1 acre impact and no mechanized clearing). I will be submitting a Letter of
Notification with maps describing the project, avoidance, impacts, and mitigation /restoration so we have something for
the records.
Roberto —the one "blue line" stream we are crossing at the beginning of the project will not have a maintained
easement greater than 20' wide, therefore no riparian mitigation will be required. This is the we drove back to by the
powerlines, where one side is wooded and the other is open field.
I am going to try and get this letter out by the end of this week, but if I don't it will be early next week.
