Turns out our address was changed back to Keisler Dairy Rd in 2015, which I definitely missed. Checked the street sign
at the corner and that's indeed what it says. That name has more character anyway. Details in the attachment.
The next time we order stationary or business cards, we can use the right address. We should definitely give it to
delivery drivers and visitors to the plant. Sounds like a lost delivery driver made the complaint to the City, and we've
had some visitors wind up lost recently.
Eric, Do you think we need to update any Env plans?

Mr. Wilson,
I am writing you in response to a delivery driver who felt that there may be some confusion over the address of your
Conover facility.
In 2015, the City Council changed the name of the short section of road on which your property was located to match
the longer section of the same road that is outside of Conover's jurisdiction. At that time, we mailed all of the property
owners about this change.
This is the first time I have heard any issue about addressing regarding your location. To be on the safe side, I am
contacting you with this concern.
I have enclosed a copy of the original letter that was sent.

THIS LETTER IS A CORRECTION TO A LETTER SENT JULY 14'" 2015. PLEASE DISREGARD THAT LETTER.
At its regular meeting on July 13th, 2015, Conover City Council took up the matter of the naming of Keisler Dairy Road
(NC Department of Transportation SR 1731). At the time E-911 addressing was adopted, the section of the road within
Conover's City Limits was listed as "Keisler Rd SE. " The two names are still both used now, both as addresses and in
various legal documents related to adjacent properties. The city received a request to review this situation and staff
recommended that changing the name back to Keisler Dairy Rd would be the most sensible solution to solving
conflicting issues with the street name.
The City Council voted to change the name back to Keisler Dairy Road.
You are receiving this letter to inform you that the City is changing our records for this stretch of road, from Emmanuel
Church Road to the western edge of the Leeland Terrace subdivision, where it abuts the E.R. Carpenter property. The
street sign will be changed by July 311t, 2015. The number for your lot will not change.
Several years ago, some residents were notified that their addresses should be "Keisler Road" instead of "Keisler Dairy
Road." I apologize for the confusion this may cause but assure you we will be working with the Post Office and
Catawba County E-911 services to ensure that this process will go as smoothly as possible.
