Specifically the following information is needed, 1. An assessment of permitted projects to determine which projects are built -out or what percent of each project has been constructed to date, If the Project is not complete what is the anticipated completion date (build out)? 2. A list of all permitted projects, including allocated flows and permit issuance dates. 3. Please utilize the attached reporting form to provide a flow allocation for your system. We understand that Mooresville is currently working on an assessment of the build -out of specific projects, The above information is needed for this office to properly evaluate the status of available capacity at the Town of Mooresville WWTP facility. A response to this request is expected by June 15, 2007, This permit application will not be processed until sufficient response has been provided from the Town of Mooresville to this office. Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth by pertinent North Carolina rules and regulations. Any oversights not found in our review of sewer construction application packages are still the responsibility of the applicant. In addition, any omissions made in responding to the above items may result in future requests for additional information or possible denial of permits.
