I am on vacation this week but am available by cell phone 704 - 264 -4189. Not sure what happened to Terracon's phone
system.
Crowne is the developer and is under contract to purchase the property. It is Crowne who is applying for the
certification.
Crowne's grading permit is on hold pending the WQC. Please feel free to call me on my cell phone to keep the ball
rolling on this project.

DWQ received the PCN application package and fee on June 28, 2013. The owner on page 1 shows as SLF Ruby Jones,
LLC out of Atlanta, GA. Can you supply me with a name associated with that LLC for entry into the DWQ database? On
page 2, it shows Crowne Partners Inc. out of Birmingham, AL. Can I assume they are the Developer?
The overall question is, who will be receiving the 401 Water Quality Certification approval, SLF Ruby Jones LLC or Crowne
Partners, Inc.?
I've tried to call you twice today but I get a recorded message that all circuits are busy and to try the call later. I decided
to try the email approach.
