As stated within my original application, and per discussion with Karen Higgins, this will not be an improved trail. This walking path's surface will remain natural and be a minimal impact upon the Riparian buffer. As shown, only about 60% of the trial will impact Zone 2, and the remainder will be outside of the 50' protected area. I do hope that this information further explains our modest plan for an environmentally sensitive walking path.
