Please find included my revised site plan for your review, as per the letter date December 15,
2012.
As stated within my original application, and per discussion with Karen Higgins, this will not be
an improved trail. This walking path's surface will remain natural and be a minimal impact upon
the Riparian buffer. As shown, only about 60% of the trial will impact Zone 2, and the remainder
will be outside of the 50' protected area.
I do hope that this information further explains our modest plan for an environmentally sensitive
walking path.
