Dear Mr. Gilley:
Pursuant to your letter of request, the Division of Environmental Management
hereby authorizes the addition of two (2) 50-horsepower floating aerators at the
subject facility. The Mooresville Regional Office, telephone number 704-663-1699,
must be notified as to when the aerators become operational.
In the event that these aeration facilities fail to perform satisfactorily, the
City of Lenoir shall take such immediate corrective action as may he required by this
Division, including the construction of addition wastewater treatment facilities.
