You's asked about potential new/expanding facilities in the proposed SW reclass area in lower Cape Fear. Your table
lists the subject facility being in that area. I thought they had already expanded, but checking files I realized they are still
in the SEPA planning process, and have not come to NPDES with expansion request at this time. Currently permitted for
12 MGD, and were seeking expansion to 24 MGD for future growth.
Jackie- has a FONSI ever been issued? My last discussions with them date back to Sept 2013, and NPDES had concurred
with their flow justification.
