I'm attaching the revised drawings and revised PCN for the SAW-2021-00833 Air Flow Site
additional information email of August 2, 2021. I could not submit through Additional Information on
Laserfiche because I don't have a WQ project number and Version number. I revised the front page of the
previously submitted PCN reflecting the addition of NW 18 permit number and revised the impacts table
breaking out the parking lot impact for NW 39 and the BMP impact for NW 18. All revisions were made in red
and I added today's date to the signature page of the PCN. I also request an email from Colleen that we don't
need a 401 on this one.

The site is an existing 5 acre tract located on Oak Tree Drive in an industrial park. The site is routinely mowed grass.

The purpose of the project is to construct a manufacturing building for Airflow filters. The site plan includes the building, parking and stormwater bmp.
The project will be to construct a manufacturing building, parking lot and bmp. The site is mostly mowed lawn with a few trees on the north side and the back of the property. The runoff
from the building and asphalt will be diverted to a BMP in the back of the property. The sewage will be carried by sanitary sewer going out the front of the property to Oak Street.
Motor Graders will be used to grade the property and a trackhoe will be used to construct the bmp. The parking lot will be asphalt.
There should be no indirect impacts from this project.
