I'm attaching the revised drawings and revised PCN for the SAW-2021-00833
Air Flow Site additional information email of August 2, 2021. I could not submit
through Additional Information on Laserfiche because I don't have a WQ project
number and Version number. I revised the front page of the previously submitted
PCN reflecting the addition of NW 18 permit number and revised the impacts
table breaking out the parking lot impact for NW 39 and the BMP impact for NW
18. All revisions were made in red and I added today's date to the signature page
of the PCN. I also request an email from Colleen that we don't need a 401 on this
one.

Thank you for your application to construct the Airflow facility in Selma, North
Carolina. I have a couple questions before verifying your use of Nationwide
Permit 39. Please see below and let me know if you have questions.

1. Nationwide Permit 39 Regional Condition a. prohibits discharges to
streams and wetlands for stormwater management facilities. If the
applicant wishes to stack this application with another permit request
(e.g. NWP 18), please provide a breakdown of areas required for each
impact (i.e. parking/building and stormwater). Please provide an updated
impact exhibit and impact table.
2. Little information was provided on the BMP. Would a discharge to
downslope wetland / stream areas be included in the design? Please
provide additional detail.
3. It appears this project may not require an Individual Water Quality
Certification from the State of North Carolina. Please provide written
verification from the NC Division of Water Resources for our records.
