Notes: Patchet Creek is a perennial channel that drains wetlands
WC and WCA (bv hvdroloaic connection). Bank height is low
and shows evidence of historic channelization. There is a large
built-up berm on the eastern side of the stream. As distance from
the road increases, the banks become less defined and a large___
wetland area (WD) adjacent to the channel begins.

Notes: SB is a Derennial channel that beciins in WF at
the confluence of multiple drainage patterns. SB travels beneath
the roadway and comes out of the culvert into a maintained channel
that is within an overhead powerline easement. This approx. 30'
of channel has been recently maintained. Flow is confined by
stable but low banks into WG. Stream dissipates into WG.

Notes: SC as an intermittent channel in WH. SC becomes perennial downstream
SC continues beneath Broadway Road and flows into Wl. SC flows to
a lar eg pond that is out of the project area, and banks are well defined
for the majority of the channel. As the stream approaches the pond,
bank height decreases and stream is less defined.

J`perennial streams may also be identified using other methods. See p. 35 of manual.
Notes: SB is a oerennial channel that beains in WF at
the confluence of multiple drainage patterns. SB travels beneath
the roadway and comes out of the culvert into a maintained channel
that is within an overhead powerline easement. This approx. 30'
of channel has been recently maintained. Flow is confined by
stable but low banks into WG. Stream dissipates into WG.

Notes: Stream SD is a perennial channel that begins at a
by Pond PC's outlet structures that drain beneath the highway,
Banks of SD are low, and the area floods more frequently as
distance away from road increases. There is evidence of historic
