Cyndi Speciale (Co-owner and Permitee) assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit NCG530061. Record keeping was thorough and in good order, and the facility has implemented a number of Best Practices. Contact information has been updated in BIMS the updated Trout Farm General Permit should be sent out to all applicable permittees upon issuance of the final version.
