I'm helping KMI register for the eDMR. The Owner's Verification Report looks good but the Permit Status lists
it as expired.
NCDEQ website says the following:
• All General Industrial Permittees will have their COCs automatically renewed with the new permits if
they are current on their permit fees. A new COC can be obtained via an on-line COC Request Form by
August 1, 2021 (check back for the link).
Based on this, the link is not currently up to obtain an updated COC, but I have attached their payment for
their permit fees. The website also says the new General Permit was issued July 1, 2021 and will expire June
30, 2026.
Is the "expired" status the default status until the COC can be requested or is this something else? If this is
something else, how can this be rectified?
