Dear Ms. Lucas,
I hope this email finds you well this morning and hopefully you just had a great weekend. Attached is a letter that was
just forwarded to me with regards to our Stormwater Annual Permit Fee (Invoice #: 2021PR002876) for the City of
Wilson's WWTP. Unfortunately it got routed to Bryant Bunn who is no longer with the City after his retirement. For
some reason, it did not get forwarded appropriately to our office in a timely manner for it to be paid. We are processing
it for payment this morning and the check should go out in the mail at the end of the week. It should be in your office
sometime next week. Please let me know if you have any further concerns with regards to the payment. I am very sorry
for this extreme delay and hopefully we can keep this from happening again in the future.
With regards to the permit billing address, I think we need to update the contact information appropriately, as well as
the primary billing contact information. Could you please assist me with that? If this is something I can do online,
please provide web address, or if any paper forms are required to be completed, please forward them to me at my email
address ([e-mail]). Unless we are required to designated a higher ranking municipal official, I should be
designated as the primary contact for this permit, as well as billing, since this permit covers the City of Wilson's Water
Reclamation Facility (WWTP).

This arrived while I was on vacation - Barry says this is for the WWTP, can you check to see if you have already paid this
and if not, he said we need to get this paid ASAP. I'll send the original via interoffice mail.
Also, can someone look into getting Bryant Bunn's name off of it? We suspect that it went to someone at the Ops Center
originally and then was never forwarded to the correct division - hence why it is overdue.
