Fortunately, in this circumstance the transfer can be processed in the Wilmington Regional Office with the modification. This would eliminate the need to submit the transfer to Raleigh. Dean Hunkele is able to accept a scanned signed copy of the PNOCF Form. The current permittee is in the name of Coastal Habitat Conservancy, LLC. I have prepared the PNOCF with Coastal as the existing permittee and Southport Charter Campus, LLC as the Applicant. Please provide an email address for Baker Mitchell on this form. The last page provides the certification signature lines for the existing permittee (Baker Mitchell) and applicant's (Mark Dudeck) signatures.
