In accordance with the NPDES Permit Number NCS000581 concerning the subject facility,
enclosed is the Quarterly Stormwater Discharge report for Duke Energy Progress, LLC. for the 2"'
quarter 2021. There was no discharge for outfall SW -A during the 2nd quarter 2021.
