Approval As Noted of Erosion Control Plans
Total Approved Disturbed Area:12.35 acres
Dear Mr.Faliski,
Please be advised that the above referenced Erosion Control plan has been approved,as noted by the
Town of Huntersville. This approval is required prior to applying for the Construction Stormwater
General Permit(NCG010000). Application for this permit can be made at https:Hdeq.nc.gov/NCGOI.
Zoning Approval Conditions:
1. Final Plat required to be recorded prior to final CO issuance (BMP easements).
2. No mechanical equipment can be visible from anywhere on site or off at grade level.If
equipment is visible at inspection,screening will be required prior to final CO issuance.
3. Approved Plats,As-Built Surveys and As-Built Plans are required for CO issuance.
No work shall begin on site prior to the pre-construction meeting. Please contact the Town of
Huntersville Erosion Control Coordinator,Anne Loftin at(704) 579-1090,or via email at
aloftin@huntersville.org to set up a pre-construction meeting after providing the Recorded PCO19 Form
and after obtaining your Certificate of Coverage (COC)from NCDEQ. Please refer to the attached Fact
Sheet for additional information.
The Financially Responsible Owner(FRO) is responsible for ensuring this project meets all
federal, state and local town codes, ordinances and standards.
Approved and stamped plans are accessible through the "Approved Package" section in EPM for
print. Please keep one set of stamped plans onsite at all times. If you have any questions,please
