The proposed project consists of road improvements to Gannon
Avenue (NC 97) required by the Town of Zebulon for the already -
permitted residential development known as Jasper Place located in
Zebulon, Wake County, NC. Per the Town of Zebulon's current UDO,
developers are required to make any necessary road improvements,
including widening, across the entire frontage of the project to
accommodate additional traffic resulting from development. Plans that
satisfy the requirements of both the Town of Zebulon and NCDOT are
currently being finalized.
