As such, the concerns and issues from the previous submittal haven't changed. They should still be able to provide the reasonable answers to the questions from the previous submittal. The purpose and need. Avoidance and minimization. This is a multi -building site, with different building capacities. So, in that sense there is flexibility in layout and need. Other: Are these spec buildings. I don't' see one tenant leasing/purchasing all? Do they have "signed" tenants? Since it isn't a single building, reconfiguring, reducing building size, and removal of one building should be explained appropriately. I would like to include both the engineer and applicant to this. Or would you rather us submit the permit package now so you have everything in your review? Previously was an IP, now with new threshold, it is able to fall under the NW. With the exception of one building (Green), some modifications appears to be able to be made, switching the building location and avoid most if not all of the channel. Mr. Roden -Reynolds and Mr. Johnson, We talked about having a pre -application meeting for Patterson site last fall to discuss a potential IP waiver. As the project now under current regs qualifies for a Nationwide, would you like to meet us on site before official permit submittal? Just let us know. The project was on hold but now it is back on and the client would like to move as fast as possible. The current site plan is attached. I also attached the response to the USACE comments from 2019. I do not know if this was ever sent to you. Thanks, Aliisa 4 Aliisa Harjuniemi, PWS Project Manager Carolina Wetland Services, Inc. 550 E.
