The biggest question is the impact and avoidance. This is a multi- building site with different
size buildings. Some I assume will service multiple customers, thus building size can be
manipulated/modified and arranged to reduce size and parking requirements. This was the
concern during the last submittal. The current layout is obvious to maximize the site without
regard to avoiding impacts to natural features. The headwater to the channel is proposed to
be impacted, thus secondary impacts could be expected increasing the overall stream impact
and require further mitigation cost.
