This review was conducted to determine whether all monitoring and residuals handling are in compliance with Permit No. WQ0005763. TWSA is permitted to distribute 659 Dry Tons of residuals annually. 86.3 dry tons were hauled to the R&B Landfill in Homer, GA. 205.9 dry tons of residuals were distributed to the public. Pathogen & Vector Attraction Reduction: All fecal coliform densities reported were below 1,000 MPN/g. Pathogen reduction was met using PFRP Heat Drying, and vector attraction was met through drying of unstabilized residuals. Non-hazardous Waste Characterization: All results appeared to be in compliance with federal and state permit requirements. Nutrients, Metals & Pollutants: All data appeared to reported as required by permit and in compliance with the applicable pollutant monthly and ceiling concentration limits.
