We need to have a conference call between the three of us, your client, and 7ennifer, the
permit manager in the Raleigh DWQ office, to discuss this project, specifically project
alternatives. We would like to schedule the meeting at the Washington DWQ office on Tune 7 at
10 or 10:30 AM. Your client is required to attend so if they are not able to meet at this
time please let me know so that I can reschedule.
If you'd like to get a head start and pull together some additional information for us, we
will be asking for updated drawings including insets where necessary and showing the sewer
lift station and lines, tennis courts, labeled dugouts, etc., all dimensions (not just the
baseball in /out field), all newly constructed and old drainage ways, etc.; a water budget;
and the drainage plan you reference in the rebuttal letter. Although helpful, these are not
necessary for our meeting, but you will be required to submit this information later.
