Inspection Summary:
A site visit was conducted on July 9, 2021 for the partial Engineering Certification submitted on June 30, 2021 for
Summerhouse WWTF, WQ0029945. This certification is for the infiltration capacity of 80,000 gpd for Basin #1 with a total
plant capacity of 180,142 gpd. Jimmy Holland, David Mohr and Kary Herndon were present during the site visit.
The basin has a freeboard gauge installed and was at 4 foot freeboard during site visit. The GW lowering pump station is
operable and the audio and visual alarms work and are connected to telemetry. The flow meter to this basin was calibrated
on 10/27/2020. Signs to restrict access will need to be posted around the basin before it is put into service.
The Non -Discharge Unit has been notified of the start-up of Basin #1 for 80,000 gpd capacity.
