An old copy of the NOT Certification Form was uploaded in place of the close-out documentation from the Town of
Southern Pines. So, two NOT Certification Forms were uploaded.
I review over 20 of these a day and didn't remember the prior rejections or you already obtaining close-out documentation
from the town. I apologize for directing you to contact the town when you already had the documentation.
Please submit a new NOT with the letter from the town and the signed and dated NOT Cert. Form and you'll be good to
go.

This is unbelievable the process I'm going through to close this out. I get an earlier email saying it was approved and
now I am getting an email saying is was not approved. I provided a copy of the letter the town provided to me closing
out this plan

If Caropine Ventures, LLC did not engage in land disturbing activity at this project site, then the E&SC plan must be
closed out because it obviously was not needed.To close the E7SC plan, contact the Town of Southern Pines and ask
them to verify that the lot was sold and close plan ID 20-1005.
Once you have that close-out documentation, please submit a new NOT.
