HOWEVER, NPDES GROUNDCOVER REQUIREMENTS TAKE PECECThe proposed development includes a new 60 foot square cell tower compound enclosed by a fence at the western part of the site. A 15 foot wide access drive near the southern property line provides access to the tower from Progress Boulevard. The road length is approximately 2,000 feet. The access drive and cell tower compound will be gravel. No other impervious will be added for this project. The total amount of gravel resulting from this project is 0.80 acres. The site grading is minimal only affecting the immediate area around the flat cell tower compound. The access drive grading follows the existing topography and is mostly cut into the existing ground but in some areas fill is required to reduce the slope of the access drive in order to make it more drivable. A culvert pipe will be installed at the drive location on Progress Boulevard and 3 other culvert pipe crossings will be used at the low spots along the drive to maintain the existing drainage patterns. Two retaining walls will be constructed along the access drive to prevent grading over the property line at 3:1 slopes. The total amount of land disturbance is 2.125 acres. There are no wetlands, buffers, critical areas, or any other environmental features within the project area. The proposed project does not impact or alter the existing drainage patterns of the site. a, N0.
