Dear Mr. Shern:
A General Permit (Regional and Nationwide) Verification for NWP 12 was
issued to Crosland, LLC for the Bradford Project on April 30, 2008 (AID
#200800897) for 0.0018 acres of temporary wetland impacts associated with the
installation of an offsite sanitary sewer line (the "Permit "). In 2010, Crosland,
LLC requested an extension of the Permit and the NWP 12 was extended to
expire on February 26, 2012. The Permit was extended again to expire on March
18, 2012. Pursuant to 33 C.F.R. Section 330.6, the work must be completed by
March 17, 2013.
Crosland, LLC transferred the permit to Crosland Bradford, LLC in
January 2012. Crosland Bradford, LLC is now transferring the Permit to
Bradford I SPE, LLC, the current owner of the Property. A copy of the Permit is
attached to this letter. A statement agreeing to the transfer is attached by
