After careful consideration, Mr. Wayne Smith has decided to install a bottomless culvert
in the second tributary to the Tuckasegee River and utilize the existing culvert for the
driveway connection. Therefore, Tinsel Town, Inc. would like to withdrawal the PCN
application submitted May 9, 2013 (DWQ Project 2013- 0514). It is my understanding
that a 404 /401 permit will not be required for the bottomless culvert because all the work
will be completed outside of the stream.
