I found 12 -0647 in the hold file but for the life of me I cannot find 13 -0008. It's in LF — I'll have to check w/ Bev when I
see her. We can link the projects together but cannot delete because of the paid monies.
So, I assume what they sent in that became 13 -0008 was actually in response to the hold for DWQ 12 -0647? Plus the
change in Agent from DR Horton to the TO Cornelius.

13 -0008 and 12- 0647,1 believe are the same project. The town of Cornelius is now doing the road work. It was the
developer, but it became messy, so the town is doing it
