Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on August 11, 2021. Jimmy Ownby
(inspector) was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
~ Station L 10+50-13+00 RT - Recommend stabilizing slopes and roadside ditch leading to drop inlet at Station 10+50.
~ Station L 16+00 LT - Repair silt fence.
~ Station L 16+75 LT - Add stone to silt fence outlet.
~ Station L 18+00 LT - Maintain silt fence outlet.
~ Station L 26+00 RT - Septic and ditch line need to be pumped out. Notify AG office to communicate this to landowner.
NPDES records were up to date.
