The application for Chestnut dated 3/14/13 on the application shows five stream impacts: 3 — 25 temp impacts (total of
75) and 2 — 80 and 123 ft (203 total) of permanent impact. I issued for 75 temp and 203 permanent (6/12/13)
Dale avenue, I missed the 135 (temporary). Will reissue. Thanks
Oakdale shows: 69, 55, 5 ft of permanent: 129 ft and 20, 15, 12 ft of temp: 47 ft on application dated 4/2/13. 1
issued 47 temp and 129 permanent (6/11/13)
Unless I am missing something ? ?? The Dale Ave is the only incorrect one.
Sorry didn't get back sooner. Been running out the door working on projects.

Along with the referenced project above & outlined below this email I've got 2 other projects with impacts discrepancies
from what the PCN showed to what was written in the approval letter.
DWQ 09 -0501 V2 Chestnut Place Phase II
PCN impact difference: 25 If stream (temp) — Approval letter shows 75 If stream (temp)
DWQ 13 -0399 Dale Ave Culvert Replacement
PCN impact difference: 135* If stream (temp) — Approval letter does not reflect any temp stream impacts. *115 If stream
(temp) were for enhancement
I've looked in LF but in each case do not see anything that was uploaded to change the original PCN impacts in these 3
cases.
If the approval letters are correct as written with the difference in impacts then there should be something in LF or
noted in BIMS (comments tab) to reflect the change. I don't want to close out these projects in BIMS until I know what
is correct.

Received your 401 Approval letter today but I'm confused about the approved impacts.
You approved 47 If of stream but the PCN showed 176 If total; 47 If = temp & 129 If = perm
If it is indeed only 47 If can you forward to Central whatever is was that changed the 176 If total?
